The Role:
We are currently seeking a Cover Supervisor to work across our secondary schools, delivering pre-prepared lessons in the absence of teaching staff. This role is ideal for individuals considering a future in teaching or looking to make a difference in a school-based role.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise classes across a range of subjects
Deliver pre-set work and maintain a focused learning environment
Manage behaviour positively and effectively
Uphold school policies and support the wider school ethos
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
✔️ Experience working with secondary-aged students (preferred)
✔️ Confidence in managing classroom behaviour
✔️ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔️ A proactive, adaptable approach to working in education
✔️ A commitment to safeguarding and child welfare
