Principal Education is recruiting Cover Supervisors to work in secondary schools across South West London (including Wandsworth, Lambeth, Southwark, Kingston, Richmond, Merton and Sutton). Ideal for graduates, aspiring teachers, or experienced youth/classroom staff looking for flexible work and consistent opportunities.

The Role

Supervise whole classes in the teacher’s absence

Deliver pre-prepared work (no planning or marking required)

Maintain a calm, focused learning environment

Follow school behaviour policies and safeguarding procedures

Report any concerns to the appropriate staff
