About the Role:
As a Cover Teacher, you will:
Supervise whole classes during the short-term absence of the regular teacher
Ensure a calm and productive classroom environment
Deliver pre-set lesson plans and maintain continuity in learning
Support students with behaviour, engagement, and tasks throughout the day
What We're Looking For:
A confident, professional individual with strong communication skills
Previous experience working with children or young people (desirable but not essential)
Degree-level qualification (QTS not required but welcomed)
Flexibility, reliability, and a positive attitude
