Whether you're a recent graduate, exploring a career in education, or someone with experience in support or care roles, this could be the perfect next step.
What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll step into the classroom to help keep things running smoothly in the teacher’s absence. Your role may involve:
* Supervising pre-planned lessons and keeping students focused
* Encouraging participation and supporting classroom activities
* Helping with classroom organisation and managing behaviour
* Offering additional support to students who need it
* Contributing to a calm, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
What We’re Looking For:
We’d love to hear from you if you:
* Hold a degree (BSc, MSc, PhD) or a Certificate of Education
* Have a genuine interest in working with young people
* Feel comfortable leading a class and keeping things on track
* Communicate clearly and can build positive relationships with pupils and staff
* Either already have an Enhanced DBS on the update service or are happy to apply for one through us
* Have experience working with children or in schools (a bonus, not a must)
