TELEHANDLER OPERATOR / LABOURER
Location: Coxheath, Kent
Start: ASAP
Duration: Long-term work available
Skilled Careers are currently looking for an experienced Telehandler Operator to join a busy construction site in Coxheath.
The successful candidate will primarily be operating the telehandler but must be happy and willing to jump out of the cab and assist the site team with general labouring duties when required.
Duties will include:
Operating the telehandler safely and efficiently
Loading, unloading and moving materials around site
Assisting with general labouring duties when required
Helping trades and the wider site team
Keeping work areas clean and tidy
Following all site health & safety procedures
Other general construction duties as required
Requirements:
Valid CPCS or NPORS Telehandler ticket
Previous experience operating a telehandler on a construction site
Construction site experience
Must be willing to carry out general labouring duties when not operating the machine
Full PPE
Reliable, hardworking and punctual
Good attitude and ability to work as part of a team
