Job Description
Overview:
We are currently recruiting for experienced and qualified 360 Machine Drivers to join a large-scale Water Treatment Works (WTW) project in West Sussex. This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term work on a major infrastructure scheme within the water and utilities sector.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operating 360 excavators safely and efficiently on a busy water treatment works site
* Carrying out excavation, trenching, grading, and backfilling works
* Assisting with drainage, ducting, and pipe installation
* Working around live services and within confined or restricted areas
* Supporting groundwork teams on civil engineering operations
* Conducting routine plant checks and ensuring machinery is well maintained
* Adhering to strict health & safety procedures and site regulations
Requirements:
* Valid CSCS Card or NPORS Card with CPCS hologram
* Proven experience operating 360 excavators on civil engineering or water treatment projects
* Strong understanding of site safety, especially within utilities and infrastructure environments
* Experience working on Water Treatment Works, Sewage Treatment Works, or similar projects preferred
* Ability to work as part of a team and follow site instructions
* Full PPE required
Desirable:
* Lifting Ops / Above & Below 10T endorsement
* Confined space awareness
* Experience in utilities, drainage, or pipeline installation
Project Details:
* Large-scale Water Treatment Works project
* Long-term contract (18 months)
* Consistent hours and potential overtime available
* Immediate starts available for the right candidates
