Job Description
Teamforce Labour are currently seeking an experienced CPCS/NPORS 360 Operator for an immediate start on 24/08/2026 in St Fergus, AB42.
Role & Responsibilities:
Operating 360 excavators safely and efficiently on a busy construction site.
Carrying out excavation, trenching, grading and earthworks.
Loading dumpers and moving materials around site.
Assisting with drainage, utilities and general civil engineering works.
Completing daily machine checks and reporting any defects.
Working alongside groundworkers and site management to ensure work is completed to programme.
Maintaining a safe, clean and organised working area.
Adhering to all site health & safety procedures at all times.Requirements:
Valid CPCS or NPORS 360 Excavator ticket.
Previous experience operating 360 excavators on civil engineering or infrastructure projects.
Good understanding of site health & safety.
Full PPE.
