Are you an experienced CQA Engineer seeking a challenging contract opportunity in Bryn Posteg? We are looking for a dedicated and skilled individual to join the team, ensuring the highest standards of construction quality assurance for a vital landfill project in the region.
About the role:
You will be responsible for overseeing and inspecting all aspects of the landfill engineering works, including liner installation, geosynthetics, capping, and leachate/gas systems.
Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring strict compliance with Environment Agency (EA) guidance and CQA plans, according to (url removed).
This role involves maintaining meticulous records, assisting with validation reporting, and ensuring all documentation meets regulatory requirements.
You'll be the primary point of contact on-site, liaising with contractors, engineers, and regulatory stakeholders, says Bennett and Game.
Identifying potential risks during construction phases and proactively implementing solutions will be a key responsibility.About you:
You possess a minimum of two years' experience in CQA supervision on landfill or environmental infrastructure projects.
A strong understanding of geosynthetics, liners, drainage layers, and gas/leachate systems is essential.
A full UK driving license is a requirement for this role.
