Pay & Hours

About the Role
Join our Creative Carpentry and Bespoke Manufacturing team, where craftsmanship meets innovation. We're looking for skilled, dedicated specialists with a passion for working with timber-based materials to create custom, high-quality products.
You'll use your creativity, precision, and technical skills to deliver outstanding results on unique projects in a collaborative workshop environment.
Key Responsibilities
Craft bespoke timber-based products to design specifications.
Perform high-quality joining, preparation, and finishing work.
Competently and safely operate a range of machinery and power tools.
Collaborate with the team to develop creative manufacturing solutions.
Maintain strict health and safety standards in all workshop activities.
Inspect and ensure all finished products meet our quality standards.
What We're Looking For
Skilled in cutting, shaping, and assembling timber-based materials.
Proficient in joining, sanding, and finishing techniques.
Experienced with workshop machinery (table saws, band saws, planers, CNC routers).
Confident using power tools (drills, routers, sanders) safely.
Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality.
Creative problem-solver with a practical approach.
Able to read and interpret technical drawings.
Preferred Qualifications
Formal training or certification in carpentry, joinery, or a related field.
Experience in bespoke manufacturing or creative carpentry projects.
