We're looking for a talented Creative Graphic Designer to join a fast-growing, strategy-led marketing agency in Northampton. What You'll Be Doing
* Creating high-impact digital and print marketing materials
* Designing engaging social media content, advertising creatives, brochures, presentations, and website assets
* Managing design projects across multiple client accounts
* Developing new brand identities and supporting rebranding projects
* Collaborating closely with clients and internal teams to deliver exceptional creative solutions
* Ensuring all creative output is on-brand, visually compelling, and commercially effective
* Supporting the agency's own marketing and brand development initiatives
Essential Skills & Experience
Your Portfolio Must Demonstrate:
✅ Exceptional graphic design ability
✅ Strong branding and visual identity experience
✅ Digital design expertise across social media, web, and advertising
✅ Print design knowledge and artwork preparation
✅ Creativity, originality, and attention to detail
✅ The ability to interpret briefs and deliver outstanding concepts
✅ Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

What We're Looking For

* 2-3+ years' experience as a Graphic Designer (agency or in-house)
* A strong and varied portfolio showcasing both digital and print work
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* The confidence to contribute ideas and challenge creative briefs
* A genuine passion for producing outstanding design work that clients love
