Tradewind Education is working with outstanding primary schools across Camden to recruit Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) with a passion for arts, drama, and creative learning. The Role of a Learning Support Assistant
As an LSA, you will:
Support pupils with additional learning needs, including SEN, ensuring they access the curriculum fully.
Assist with arts, drama, and creative projects, bringing lessons to life and inspiring creativity.
Work 1:1 or in small groups, helping children build confidence, social skills, and resilience.
Support teachers with planning and delivering differentiated activities, including creative interventions.
Maintain a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment where all children feel supported.
