CREATIVE KS2 LEARNING SUPPORT ASSISTANT - NORTH WEST LONDON
Location: St John's Wood, North West London
Salary: Up to £117 per day (PAYE - rate increases after 12 weeks)
Contract: Full-time, Long-term / Ongoing
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: 8.30am - 3.30pm (optional paid overtime for Breakfast Club)
About the role:
SANZA Teaching Agency are working with an inspiring and creative primary school in St John's Wood who are seeking an energetic and imaginative KS2 Learning Support Assistant to join their Key Stage 2 team.
If you love art, music, outdoor learning and project-based education, this is the perfect environment for you. The school is passionate about creativity and innovation in the classroom and wants LSAs who can think outside the box and help bring lessons to life.
The successful candidate will work with pupils in Years 3-6, supporting learning, promoting positive behaviour and helping pupils develop confidence and curiosity.

The role:
Support children in KS2 both in and out of the classroom
Work with class teachers to deliver engaging, hands-on learning experiences
Provide small-group or one-to-one support where needed
Help pupils develop confidence, resilience and independent learning skills
Support positive behaviour strategies and inclusion
Opportunity for paid Breakfast Club or After School Club work
Full-time, term-time only, with the potential for permanent employment
The ideal candidate:
Experience working in KS2 or strong desire to support children in upper primary
A creative individual who enjoys art, drama, music or design-based learning
Positive, patient and proactive, with excellent communication skills
Confident supporting children with a range of needs, including mild SEND
Reliable, team-oriented and eager to contribute to whole-school life
Available to start immediately and commit to the full academic year
