This is the perfect role for someone who believes in making learning fun, expressive, and tailored to each child's needs - whether through art, music, movement or hands-on, sensory-based approaches.

💼 The Role:
Supporting a small class of children with SEND (including ASD, SEMH, and communication needs).
Working closely with the class lead and wider support team.
Helping deliver creative and engaging activities tailored to individual pupils.
Encouraging independence, self-expression and social development.
Assisting with classroom organisation, emotional regulation and daily routines.
🎯 Who We're Looking For:
A SEND TA with prior experience in a school or specialist setting.
Someone creative, nurturing, and full of positive energy.
Able to build strong relationships with children who learn in different ways.
Confident using visual aids, sensory strategies, and alternative communication tools.
