Creative Technologist – Hybrid (Manchester) - Up to £50k

What you’ll do…
Collaborate with clients to uncover complex production challenges and design innovative solutions.
Prototype, test, and implement new technologies, tools, and workflows that improve efficiency, effectiveness, and creative output.
Lead R&D initiatives, exploring AI, automation, real-time production, VFX, and emerging media.
Work alongside creative, production, and engineering teams to bring scalable solutions to life.
Guide clients and teams through pilots, deployment, and implementation of new solutions.
Share insights and learnings across the technology organization to help shape the future of innovation.
Translate creative concepts into working prototypes, bridging vision and execution.
What they’re looking for…
Proven experience in creative technology, technical production, R&D, or VFX-focused roles.
Strong mix of technical and creative skills- comfortable coding and prototyping with production tools.
Deep understanding of production workflows, software, and emerging technologies.
Hands-on experience with AI, automation, VFX, AR/VR, 3D, or generative design.
Excellent communicator, able to engage with clients and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience scoping projects, gathering requirements, and delivering pilots.
Collaborative mindset and ability to thrive across creative, technical, and client-facing teams.
