You will report to experienced managers who focus on ensuring great team morale and work alongside a small team of eight colleagues. You will be office-based, working Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 5:00.
As the company has recently implemented a new cloud-based system, this is an opportunity for you to gain niche software skills.

What you will do
You will be working with large, well-known business customers, ensuring their payments are received for the high volumes of stock they have purchased.
Your day-to-day will include:
* Liaising with customers via telephone and email to collect payments and resolve any queries
* Allocating large payments from blue-chip businesses
* Running weekly and monthly reports
* Sending customers their statements
* Reviewing customers’ credit limits
* Building relationships with your customers and meeting them over Teams.
* Supporting your colleagues
What you’ll need
* Experience carrying out accounts/finance-related tasks
* Good customer service skills – you’ll be dealing with people by phone and email
* Some experience working with Excel, with an interest in developing these skills
* A good level of numeracy – you’ll be working with figures every day
* Keenness to learn
