Credit Control / Export Administration (Part Time)
We are seeking a Credit Control / Export Administration professional for a dual role covering both UK and International accounts.
Salary: £15,000 per annum
Hours: 9:00am - 1:00pm, Monday to Friday (20 hours per week). Plus, one full day per month for month-end close
Holiday: 20 days paid per annum + public holidays (pro rata)
Key Responsibilities:
Recording and allocating receipts, maintaining cash book, and reconciling customer and bank accounts.
Contacting customers (telephone, fax, letter, email) for outstanding payments.
Preparing monthly statements and reports.
Arranging new accounts and checking references.
Collaborating with internal sales on Proforma's CBD.
Reviewing customer credit limits.Requirements:
Proven experience in Credit Control is essential.
Experience handling multiple currencies.
Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills.
Experience dealing with customers across the globe.
