Job Description
A great opportunity is available in Blackpool for an experienced Credit Controller to work in a privately owned media company. This is a fast paced business who operates globally with their main customer base being in the USA.
You will have responsibility for your own ledger and a summary of duties will include
Sole responsibility for processing daily banking and allocating customer payments to correct account and invoices by BACS, Cheque & Card
Invoicing customers through either customer web portal or hard copy
Chasing and negotiation of debts with customers by e-mail or by telephone
Set up all new customer accounts including pro formas
Setting credit limits for customers based on online reports or through our credit insurance brokers
Cash flow reporting
Credit card reconciliations
Other ad hoc duties as required by the finance team.Due to the client base being in the USA working hours will reflect this and there will be a requirement to work 2 evening a week with flexible start time 3 days.
