Credit Control Manager
We’re working with a fast-paced, growing business that needs an experienced Credit Control Manager to take full ownership of their credit control function. You’ll be leading a team, driving performance, developing capability, and ensuring collections are consistently delivered across a large number of accounts.
The role covers the full spectrum of credit control, from billing and cash allocation through to credit risk assessment and legal collections. You’ll work closely with Finance, Sales, and Operations to resolve queries quickly, reduce disputes, and improve processes. With regular reporting to the Finance and Managing Directors, you’ll have real influence at senior level and the scope to implement continuous improvements across systems, reporting, and team performance.
We’re looking for someone with a proven track record as a Credit Control Manager in a medium-to-large business. You’ll be a hands-on leader who sets the standard for the team, confident in managing people, processes, and performance. Strong Excel and ERP/finance system knowledge is essential, alongside excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
