Job Description
Credit Controller
This is a lovely opportunity for an experienced Credit Controller to join a really friendly team within a National company.
Day to day you will provide administrative support to the Senior Credit Controller & Finance Director.
Your duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* Day to day contact with customers regarding outstanding debt
* Managing Credit Control Ledgers
* Ensuring customer’s records are up to date at all times
* Liaising with other members of staff regarding account issues
* Ensuring debtors are kept to a minimum
To succeed in this role you will need:
* Previous Credit Control experience
* Be proficient in MS Excel
* Have the ability to build strong working relationships with customers
* Show professional communication skills both written and verbally
* Have the ability to consistently produce accurate work
* A positive friendly personality!
