Job Description
Venture Recruitment Partners are delighted to be supporting a Professional Services business, based in Southampton, in their search for a Credit Controller on a 6-month FTC.
Key Responsibilities include:
Chasing for payment of outstanding debt via telephone and email to minimise bad debts
Keeping accurate records up to date with clear and concise notes
Liaising with other departments and stakeholders across the business to ensure swift resolution of queries
Responsibility for c2000 accounts (as part of a team)
Key Skills/Experience include:
One to three years' credit control experience
Experience of dealing with high volume of customers on monthly basis
Experience in a similar role within Professional Services office environment
Pro-active and positive attitude
Well organised, attention to detail and meticulous approach to work
Hybrid working
