We're currently looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Credit Control Clerk. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy environment and is ready to take ownership of essential processes.
Your new role
Will consist of:
Manage a property portfolio, ensuring timely collection of service charges and effective credit control.
Process leaseholder payments, including daily bank downloads.
Produce regular reports and attend monthly portfolio review meetings with management.
Liaise with external stakeholders on matters related to non-payments.
Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
What you'll need to succeed
Experience in Credit Control.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Proficiency in Excel.
A proactive and professional approach to customer service
