Looking for a part-time Credit Controller role that offers flexibility and work-life balance?
A well-established and growing business is on the lookout for a Credit Controller to join their friendly and supportive team. This is a permanent, part-time opportunity based in the Stockport/Manchester area - perfect for someone who enjoys working in a professional office environment and making a real impact.
What will you be doing as a Credit Controller?
Monitoring the sales ledger and reducing aged debt
Chasing overdue balances via phone and email
Raising invoices and credit notes as needed
Resolving queries to ensure smooth, prompt payments
Processing card payments and updating customer portals
Providing support to the Accounts Manager
Carrying out general office duties as required
Maintaining professionalism and customer focus at all times
We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:
Confident using Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
Familiar with Sage 50 Accounts (desirable but not essential)
A great communicator with a friendly, professional phone manner
Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
What will you get in return for your work as a Credit Controller?
A choice between two flexible working patterns:
3 full days (08:00-17:00) or 5 mornings (08:00-13:00)
£25,401 £26,325 (Pro-rata) per year, depending on experience
20 days holiday + bank holidays, pro-rata (with 4 days saved for Christmas)
