About The Job:
As a key team member within the Credit Control team (team of 3) you'll play a key role in:
Ensuring that all payments are allocated accordingly, and any debit balances are investigated.
Keeping track of outstanding balances
Ensuring customers adhere to agreed payment terms
Contacting customers via phone, email, or letters to collect overdue payments
Performing a monthly reconciliation and debtor report
