Credit Controller – Full Time | Norwich (Hybrid)
Salary: £26,000 – £28,000
Location: Norwich City Centre
Are you an experienced Credit Controller looking for your next challenge in a supportive and dynamic environment? Our client, a well-established business based in the heart of Norwich, is seeking a proactive and confident Credit Controller to join their busy accounts team.
What you’ll be doing:
This is a varied and fast-paced role where you'll play a key part in the credit control function. Duties include:
Chasing outstanding payments via phone, email, and formal letters
Reducing debtor days and negotiating repayment plans
Setting up and maintaining new client files
Supporting with legal proceedings documentation when required
Assisting with general credit control administration
What we’re looking for:
Previous experience in a Credit Control or similar finance role
Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner
Strong organisational skills and the ability to work to targets
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
A team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving
