Job Description
Sue Ross Recruitment are working on behalf of our client, who are looking to recruit a Credit Controller on a Temporary basis over the summer period with the possibility of becoming long term. This is a full-time position, 9am-5.30pm Monday to Friday and Hybrid working is offered with a minimum of 3 days in the office.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward thinking company who prize innovation and technology expertise. The successful candidate will be proactive and detail orientated. You will be target driven and motivated to deliver timely payments from our customers.
Key Responsibilities for the Credit Controller:
* Manging accounts receivable ledgers
* Manging timely payments of recurring & non-recurring invoices
* Arrange payment plans and settlement agreements as required
* Monitor customer accounts, allocate payments and reconcile discrepancies
* Create reports on aged debtors, collections progress and assist with cash flow forecasting
* Addressing any incoming queries on invoices or billing
* Supporting overall credit control function
Candidate Requirements for the Credit Controller:
* Previous experience within credit control
* AAT Qualified or equivalent
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
