I’m working with a long-standing client based in Ipswich who is looking to bring a Credit Controller on board to strengthen their finance team. They’re a well-established business with a great reputation, and they need someone confident, proactive, and ready to take ownership of the credit control function.
What you’ll be doing:
🔹 Managing the full credit control process
🔹 Building strong relationships with customers to ensure timely payments
🔹 Investigating and resolving invoice queries
🔹 Allocating payments and reconciling accounts
🔹 Working closely with other departments to keep everything on track
What they’re looking for:
✅ Previous experience in credit control
✅ A confident communicator who’s not afraid to pick up the phone
