As part of the finance department, you’ll play a key role in supporting the continued success of the business. Duties and Responsibilities: * Accurately processing a high volume of sales invoices * Allocating incoming payments from customers * Investigating any discrepancies or payment issues * Managing a wide portfolio of customer accounts, maintaining regular contact via phone and email to ensure prompt resolution of outstanding debts * Performing core credit control duties, ensuring all receivables are well-maintained and up to date * Working closely with internal operations teams to resolve account queries * Supporting through month-end tasks * Handling a variety of finance-related tasks as needed to support the wider finance team.
