Temporary Credit Controller (4 - 6 weeks)
Near Hertford
Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm
£25 to £30 per hour
Free On-site Parking
We are working with a well-established business based just outside of Hertford who are looking for a Temporary Credit Controller to support their finance team with a short-term backlog in credit control and bookkeeping.
This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone with previous credit control and bookkeeping experience who is available immediately and happy to jump in and hit the ground running.
What you’ll be doing:
* Chasing outstanding payments via phone and email
* Allocating payments and updating records
* Handling queries in a professional and efficient manner
* General credit control admin and data entry
* Supporting the finance team with ad hoc duties as needed
What we’re looking for:
* Previous experience in credit control or finance admin
* Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
* Confident working with spreadsheets and financial systems
* Available immediately for 4 to 6 weeks
* Own transport is essential due to the rural location
