Description
Manage and maintain accurate records of customer accounts.
Ensure timely collection of outstanding debts while maintaining positive client relationships.
Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies effectively.
Monitor credit limits and assess credit risks for new and existing customers.
Communicate with internal departments to address account-related queries.
Prepare regular reports on credit control performance for management review.
Support the Accounting & Finance department with ad hoc financial tasks.
Adhere to company policies and industry regulations regarding financial transactions.Profile
A successful Credit Controller should have:
Experience in credit control or a similar role within the Accounting & Finance department.
Familiarity with financial systems and processes in the Technology & Telecoms sector.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
An understanding of credit risk assessment and account reconciliation.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and ensuring timely collections.Job Offer
Hourly pay rate of approximately £15.30-£18.70, depending on experience.
