The Credit Controller role:
* Managing the sales ledger made up of a wide portfolio of clients
* Recording all notes onto the system and providing information to clients on outstanding debts and agreeing on payment plans
* Assisting with credit checks
* Daily bank reconciliations and cash allocation
* Bespoke reporting pack delivered for key clients
* Build strong internal relationships to help resolve and escalate queries
* Contribute to team meetings and have a collective team approach towards wider goals
* Following through the debt collection process when required
* Working with the team to meet business needs
* Administrative tasks
As the Credit Controller you'll need:
* 2 years’ experience working as a Credit Controller
* Excellent telephone manner
* Ability to plan and prioritise workload
* Excellent communication skills
* Motivation
