Job Description
Are you a natural with numbers and love keeping things running smoothly? Our client looking for a proactive Credit Controller to join their friendly Accounts team on a temporary basis.
This is your chance to make an impact — helping to keep cash flow healthy, accounts in order, and customers happy!
Duties of Credit Controller:
Taking the lead on chasing and collecting outstanding payments.
Reviewing new customer applications and running credit checks.
Setting up sensible credit limits and clear payment terms.
Reconciling accounts and solving invoice or payment queries.
Producing monthly statements and reminders.
Collaborating with other departments to resolve any account issues.
Preparing reports on debt levels and cash flow performance.
Essential:
Experience in credit control or a similar finance role.
Confident communicator with great phone and email etiquette.
Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
A solid understanding of credit procedures and financial systems.
Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business (preferred but not essential).
