Are you an experienced Credit Controller looking for your next opportunity? Our client, a well-established business based in Southend, is seeking a full-time Credit Controller to join their team on a temporary-to-permanent basis.
📍 Location: Southend
💼 Job Type: Full-time, Temp to Perm
💰 Pay Rate: £13-£15 per hour (depending on experience)
🕒 Hours: Monday to Friday, office hours
🔍 Key Responsibilities:
Managing and collecting debts from company debtors
Ensuring timely payments of company debts
Processing invoices and reconciling accounts
Handling queries related to payments and accounts
Maintaining accurate records of all credit control activity
✅ Requirements:
Previous experience in a credit control or similar finance role
Strong communication and negotiation skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
