I’m currently supporting a global company, in their search for a Marine Personnel Officer based in Glasgow. This is a fantastic entry point into the world of maritime HR and recruitment, ideal for someone who understands life at sea and is keen to support seafarers from the shore side.

You'll play a key role in coordinating the recruitment, onboarding, and deployment of crew members across a range of client vessels.

You’ll gain experience across recruitment, personnel coordination, logistics, and payroll—all essential HR functions within a dynamic global business.What you’ll be doing:
Acting as the first point of contact for crew-related queries.
Coordinating crew appointments, travel, and employment documentation.
Supporting payroll processing, compliance checks, and personnel record keeping.
Working closely with clients, crew, and internal teams to ensure ships are manned with the right talent at the right time.Who we’re looking for:
