A leading solicitor in the North West is looking for a purpose-fueled Criminal Solicitor who is ready to take the reigns as Practice Manager, mentoring a team and helping to shape the future of a bold new force in UK criminal defence.

As Criminal Solicitor, you will:
* Represent clients at police stations, Magistrates’, and Crown Courts like the boss you are
* Prepare and manage criminal defence cases with tenacity and tact
* Be a mentor, guide, coach, and calm in the storm for our junior team
* Drive standards, lead initiatives, and contribute to the firm’s growth
* Build relationships with police, counsel, experts, and everyone in between
* Balance fee earning with firm-leading — with commercial savvy and clarity
We’re looking for a Criminal Solicitor with:
* Proven Post-Qualified Experience in criminal defence
* Police Station Accredited (or on the path to it)
* A full UK licence and access to your own vehicle
