Are you an experienced Band 6 Crisis Nurse seeking a rewarding role? Join our team at the CNTW NHS Trust in Carlisle, making a vital difference for those experiencing mental health crisis.
What you'll do:
Provide comprehensive assessments.
Develop and implement care plans.
Conduct phone triage (ideal, but not essential).
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Manage challenging crisis situations (essential).
Work within a variety of shift patterns (long days, nights, earlies, lates, twilights).What you'll bring:
Demonstrable track record in crisis intervention.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
A current DBS check on the update service.
Mandatory practical training and immunizations (BCG, Hep-B, MMR) are essential for full-time positions.What we offer:
Competitive Pay Rates:
Day shifts: £30.00
Night/Saturday shifts: £38.00
Sunday/Bank Holiday shifts: £48.00
