Job Description
As the Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for managing all daily tasks within your remit and managing a team of engineers as well as the business infrastructure in a highly secure building in London. This is a great opportunity to work for a leading FM service provider on a very reputable estate in The City of London.
4 on 4 off days only (7am til 7pm)
£60k to £65k (DOE)
London - Zone 1 static siteYour responsibilities will include:
Managing and overseeing all Mechanical, Electrical systems on site, ensuring works are carried out to standard and within SLA
Managing the BMS, systems HV SCADA, Schneider, Lighting system
Overseeing the permittance of subcontractors and being the authorised person to sign off works
Approving RAMS and issuing Sanctions to Isolate HV power.
Reviewing all PPM documents and schedules and quality control on the documents
Carrying out operational and maintenance activities as directed by the Senior Operations Manager, conducting work in a safe and suitable manner.We are looking for someone with:
C&G/NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation
C&G 2391 (desirable)
Experience in maintenance
HV Authorised is desirable
