Critical Shift Engineer – East Grinstead – 55k + Package

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Critical Shift Engineer to join a leading industry player on one of their longest-standing contracts. The role is Based in East Grinstead on a Critical Site. This role offers the opportunity to work with a reputable organisation known for its excellence in delivering critical infrastructure services

Key Responsibilities:

  * Oversee and maintain the efficient operation of critical electrical systems.

  * Perform switching, scheduling, and shutdowns for both High Voltage (HV) and Low Voltage (LV) systems.

  * Ensure the smooth running of electrical operations, including fault finding, emergency response, and repairs.

  * Work as part of a team to deliver essential services to meet operational demands.

  * Comply with all health, safety, and environmental regulations

Skills & Experience Required:

  * Proven experience within a critical environment, ideally within a similar electrical engineering role.

  * Strong working knowledge of HV & LV electrical systems, including switching, scheduling, and shutdown processes.

  * Ability to work under pressure and deliver in fast-paced, high-stakes situations.

  * Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients
