Description
Manage and maintain the CRM system to ensure accurate data and effective functionality.

Collaborate with the marketing and agency team to optimise campaigns and donor engagement strategies.
Support the development and implementation of targeted fundraising campaigns.
Generate reports and insights to evaluate the success of fundraising activities.
Train team members on best practices for using the CRM system efficiently.
Ensure compliance with data protection regulations in all CRM activities.
Provide technical support for CRM-related issues and queries.Profile
A successful CRM Fundraiser should have:
