Job Description
This is a unique opportunity to join a hugely well-known brand, with amazing offices in central London. They are looking for a confident, analytical CRM Specialist looking for a new challenge. You will take the lead on CRM, enhancing customer engagement, database management and working with marketing, merchandising and ecom teams to improve customer retention and drive sales. You will work with marketing to identify opportunities and business goals and optimise engagement. You will be confident managing customer data, rolling out bespoke marketing campaigns and analysing results.
CRM Specialist – Sports/Fashion Brand – The Role
* Work to develop email and marketing strategy that enhances the customer’s journey and helps drive loyalty and conversion through brand message and storytelling.
* Coordinate and manage the marketing/communication calendar with marketing and trade plans.
* Develop Multi-channel CRM campaigns and work with the graphics and marketing teams on content and copy.
* Monthly reporting and forecasting on results, KPIs and campaign performance, presenting to the wider business.
* Understand customer needs and behaviors to build and define customer journey.
* Optimize CRM initiatives through continuous testing, tracking, and reporting, as well as staying up to date with the latest innovations within CRM and tech.
* Oversee database management and customer.
* Manage and monitor performance and work on continued development to improve campaign performance.
* Ability to work with teams across the business, marketing, ecom and merchandising.
CRM Specialist – Sports/Fashion Brand – The Person
* Positive attitude and enthusiasm for sports/branded apparel.
* Knowledge of Adobe, HTML and Microsoft packages
* Working knowledge of email/marketing platforms/software.
* Confident with analytics tools and a strong understanding of tracking and conversion optimization
* Creative thinker with excellent communication skills
* Team player with ability to manage multiple projects and a fast-paced environment
