Job Title: Crosshead Extrusion Setter
Location: West Bromwich

£14 p/h

Overview:
A skilled Crosshead Extrusion Setter is required to support growing production demands. This role focuses on setting and operating extrusion machinery, maintaining tooling, and ensuring high production and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  * 

    Set up and operate crosshead extrusion machines in line with production schedules.

  * 

    Maintain and clean tooling and ensure availability for production.

  * 

    Inspect incoming and outgoing parts/materials to ensure quality requirements are met.

  * 

    Keep production and quality records updated and accurate.

  * 

    Maintain strong 5S and housekeeping standards in the work area.

  * 

    Participate in continuous improvement activity to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.

  * 

    Follow all Health & Safety guidelines and safe working practices.

  * 

    Perform additional duties as required.
