💼 Permanent | £42,320 - £49,030 + up to 28.9% employer pension contribution

The Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) is looking for newly qualified or early-career lawyers to join us as Crown Prosecutors - a court-based role where you'll gain hands-on experience, professional growth, and the chance to make a real difference to the communities we serve.
As a Crown Prosecutor, you will:
🔹 Represent the CPS in the Magistrates' Court - attending in person most days
🔹 Review case files and decide whether prosecutions should proceed
🔹 Advise police and investigators on summary-only and some either-way offences
🔹 Develop oral and written advocacy skills in live courtroom settings
🔹 Work closely with colleagues, the judiciary, police and other justice partners
