Job Description
We have partnered with a leading engineering company with a global presence delivering turn key data centre and mission critical projects who are looking for a number of CSA construction managers to join a very notable data centre development in Norway.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee all on-site CSA construction activities
* Ensure works are delivered in accordance with design, quality, and safety standards.
* Drive progress against programme milestones and collaborate with scheduling teams.
* Coordinate closely with subcontractors, engineering teams, and project controls.
* Manage CSA handovers and support commissioning as required.
* Support resolution of site-level issues in real-time to prevent delays.
* Champion health and safety compliance across site operations
Requirements:
* Proven experience in CSA delivery on large-scale construction projects (data centre experience highly desirable).
* Technical background in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture.
* Strong leadership skills and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and contractors.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management across site and office teams.
* Familiarity with design coordination, programme tracking, and QA/QC processes.
Reporting to a CSA project manager you will have an opportunity to join a very notable project from an early stage, taking control of a particular part of the scheme with an overview of a number of specialist packages from a technical and management perspective. Sign off to pay a very attractive salary with an expat package including flights, accomadation, daily subsistence and flexible rotation patterns.
