Job Description
A leading international main contractor is seeking an experienced CSA Manager to join a high-profile data centre project located in Amsterdam This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in delivering a large-scale, mission-critical facility as part of a dynamic and multi-disciplinary project team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee all civil, structural, and architectural engineering works on site.
* Coordinate CSA packages from design through to handover, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality benchmarks.
* Collaborate closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to manage schedules, resolve technical issues, and ensure alignment with client requirements.
* Conduct site inspections, manage snag lists, and report progress to senior project stakeholders.
* Support commissioning and close-out activities, ensuring smooth delivery of all CSA elements.
Requirements:
* Degree-qualified in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering (or related field).
* 4+ years of relevant experience, ideally within data centre, pharmaceutical, or other mission-critical environments.
* Proven track record in delivering large-scale construction projects within strict timelines.
* Strong knowledge of European construction standards and safety regulations.
* Excellent communication and coordination skills.
* Willingness to be based in Frankfurt full-time (relocation assistance may be available).
