Reporting to a project director, the CSA Project Leader will be based on site full time. Taking full responsibility for the end-to-end management of all CSA works, leading an integrated delivery team and overseeing a broad supply chain across a fast-track, high-value construction programme.
The successful candidate will gain exposure to complex interfaces, drive site execution, and ensure delivery of the CSA scope to the highest safety, quality, and technical standards. manage specialist subcontractors, and lead internal teams covering civils, concrete, steel, architectural fit-out, envelope, and finishes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all aspects of the CSA package delivery on a large-scale data centre project
Oversee groundworks, substructure, steel/concrete frame, external envelope, and architectural fit-out
Coordinate with design, planning, MEP, and commercial teams to align on programme and sequencing
Manage multiple subcontractors and interface partners across a large site footprint
Ensure quality, health & safety, and environmental compliance throughout all site activities
Drive daily coordination, look-ahead planning, and site execution to meet tight programme targets
Provide leadership and mentoring to site engineers, supervisors, and package managers
Liaise with client-side stakeholders and represent the CSA delivery at progress and coordination meetings
Candidate Profile
Demonstrated experience leading CSA delivery on large, complex new builds — ideally data centres, pharma, semiconductor, or major industrial/logistics builds
Deep knowledge of modern construction methods, reinforced concrete and structural steel, façade systems, and internal architectural packages
Strong leadership capability and site presence, with a proactive and solutions-driven mindset
Proven ability to manage logistics, sequencing, safety, and progress across multiple work fronts
Comfortable working within an international, fast-paced environment
Sign off to pay a very attractive salary, with all relevant attached expat packge including flights, accomadation and daily subsistence. Ideally, applicants will have either an EU passport or current rights to work in Norway. However, the company are happy to consider UK passport holders and mobilising the relevant VISA process
