Job Description

CSA Site Manager – Frankfurt, Germany
Leading international contractor seeking an experienced CSA Site Manager to join a major new Data Centre project in Frankfurt, Germany. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven construction professional with strong experience across Civils, Structural and Architectural (CSA) packages, ideally within the data centre sector.
Open to candidates seeking either a full-time relocation to Germany or a 10/4 rotational schedule.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day site operations across CSA packages including civils, groundworks, concrete, structural and architectural works.
• Coordinate subcontractors, direct labour and suppliers to ensure works are delivered safely, on time and to specification.
• Drive programme performance, sequencing of works and short-term planning.
• Maintain the highest standards of health & safety across all site activities.
• Monitor quality control, inspections and compliance with project requirements.
• Liaise closely with Project Managers, Engineers, Design Teams and Commercial Teams.
• Manage progress reporting, site documentation and daily records.
• Resolve site issues efficiently while maintaining programme targets.
• Support successful handover of works in line with programme deadlines.

Requirements
• Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering CSA packages on major construction projects.
• Strong background in civils, groundworks, concrete and structural works.
• Previous Data Centre experience highly desirable.
• Ability to manage fast-paced, technically demanding projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Relevant construction qualifications / tickets.
• Irish or EU Passport essential due to project location.

Package
• Circa €90,000 basic salary
• €20,000 living allowance
• Accommodation provided
• Rotation option available (10 days on / 4 days off)
• Long-term opportunity on a flagship European project
