Job Description
An award-winning general Contractor focused on delivering complex industrial projects in Europe is currently seeking an ambitious and driven CSA Supervisor who is proactive and keen to progress withing a constantly growing sector. Ideally, candidates will have worked on large industrial projects of value £200m+ as this is a large fit out scheme, someone coming from this bias is advantageous
Please note that you would be employed under the host country employment law. On offer is a competitive salary + Accommodation + flights + travel + bonus.

CSA Supervisor Responsibilities:
* Management of Site QA in conjunction with the CSA Package manager including set up, management, and close out of the file.
* Management of all day-to-day on-site operations for the CSA packages.
* Assist with the management of all costs associated with your package including:
* CSA Team
* Sub-contractors
* Material deliveries and goods receipting.
* Plant and Equipment
* Variations
* Familiarity with and management of Project Schedule in conjunction with other trades and Package Leads.
* Attendance at Site Meetings, Internal Project Reviews, Engineering Reviews, Planning and Co-ordination Meetings and Handover Meetings where required.
* Close out of all project items including O & M Manuals, Punch List, Safety File, QA File – all with the support of the CSA package manager
CSA Supervisor Essential Criteria for the Role:
* A trade background and 5 - 10 years previous experience in supervising installation crews and sub-contractors.
* Proven record of supervising and involvement of large installation projects
* Experienced in design and build
* Good technical knowledge of both CSA systems
* Ability to work well within strict deadlines
