Job Description

P+S Personnel are pleased to be working on behalf of our clients, who are currently seeking a CSCS Cleaner to join their team based in Norwich on a full-time, temporary basis starting from 1st September.

Role Summary:

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Cleaner to carry out detailed cleaning of newly built apartments following completion by tradesmen. The ideal candidate will have experience in builders’ or sparkle cleans and take pride in delivering a spotless, high-standard finish.

You MUST hold your CSCS Card

Main Responsibilities:

  * Perform deep cleans of apartments post-construction or renovation

  * Remove dust, debris, plaster, paint splashes, and adhesive residue from all surfaces

  * Wipe down walls, skirting boards, light switches, sockets, fixtures, and fittings

  * Clean windows (internal), frames, and sills

  * Mop, vacuum, and sweep all flooring surfaces

  * Dispose of minor building waste or packaging appropriately

  * Ensure all areas meet a high standard

  * Follow health and safety protocols on site

  * Report any damage, defects, or access issues to the site supervisor or manager

Person Specification:

  * You MUST hold your CSCS Card

  * Previous experience in builders cleans, sparkle cleans, or commercial cleaning - preferred

  * Strong attention to detail and thoroughness

  * Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  * Reliable, punctual, and well-organised

  * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment

  * Familiarity with cleaning products, tools, and equipment

  * Full UK driving licence (preferred but not essential)

Working Hours

  * Monday – Friday, 08:00-16:00, with breaks

  * Opportunity for ongoing work on other projects
