Job Title: CSCS Labourer – Nationwide Travel
Location: Based in Nuneaton (with UK-wide travel)
Hourly Rate: £15.00 per hour
Start Date: Immediate Start Available

Looking for a hands-on role with great variety, travel, and weekly pay?
We’re hiring a reliable and hardworking CSCS Labourer to join a well-established team working on sites across the UK.
Based in Nuneaton, this full-time position offers nationwide travel, varied site work, and the chance to be part of a skilled installation team fitting steel gates and safety panels.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Supporting fitters on-site with the installation of steel gates and panels
* Loading/unloading materials and tools
* Distributing heavy steel components safely around construction sites
* Driving company vehicles to and from sites (including occasional overnight stays)
* Maintaining a safe, tidy, and productive work environment
What We’re Looking For:
* Valid CSCS card – essential
* Full UK driving licence (max 3 points) – essential
* Previous construction, fitting, or general labouring experience
* Physically fit and confident handling heavy materials
* Able to read measurements – some basic numeracy/literacy needed
* Positive attitude, flexibility with hours, and a strong team player
* Own safety boots required
Bonus if you can read technical drawings – but not essential.
Working Hours:
* Start times vary: typically between 2:00am and 5:00am, depending on site location
* Weekly hours usually range from 37 to 50 hours
* Flexibility is key due to travel requirements
Pay & Benefits:
* £15.00 per hour
* Overtime available depending on workload
* Weekly pay
* Travel and accommodation covered when working away
