Job Description
The Recruitment Group are hiring for Labourers in the York area.
As a Labourer you must have a valid CSCS card.
Key Responsibilities
Assist roofers by preparing materials and tools for daily tasks
Load and unload roofing materials and distribute them across the site
Remove old roofing materials safely and clean work areas
Operate basic hand tools and adhere to site safety protocols
Support in lifting, moving, and positioning roofing components
Follow directions from supervisors and tradespeople
Maintain equipment and ensure supplies are stocked
Help with temporary weatherproofing or scaffold setup
Essential Requirements
Valid CSCS card
Physical fitness and ability to work at heights
Understanding of basic health & safety procedures
Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team environment
Role: CSCS Labourer (Roofing)
Location: Askham Bryan College
Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Dates: Tuesday 15th – Friday 18th (4 Days)
