Job Description

NPP are recruiting on behalf of a leading social housing retrofit contractor for a site manager with experience of roofing work streams and contracting.

This is a temporary role for a 3 month period

Duties

  * Onsite inductions

  * Enforcing health and safety protocols

  * RAM's

  * Managing specialist roofing contrators and work streams

  * Reporting on progress

  * Resolving issues and finding viable solutions

Requirements

  * CSCS

  * SMSTS

  * First Aid

  * NVQ in construction management

  * Asbestos Awareness

  * Willing to go through DBS screening

This role suits a site manager with knowledge of social housing, retrofit biased towards roofing
